FREE SHIPPING! "CrazyCrusher" brand Manual Rock Crusher

CrazyCrusher brand Rock Crusher is 100 percent steel, and it is 100 percent Made in the U.S.A!  The jaws are made of 3/8 steel, and the face has horizontal welds across them that not only help grip and pull down rock pieces, it also prevents wear on the actual jaws. On the moving jaw, vertical "teeth" were added to help dig in and crack the hardest rocks! The adjustable jaw moves from a half inch opening to all the way closed, for that final grind to get your samples as small as you can for testing. The very bottom of the jaws is what does the "grinding" of the rock into sand sized particles and smaller.

This is a versatile and built-to-last tool that you can use both at home or out in the field. Ideal for areas where you can make mineral discoveries, but are not permitted to run motorized equipment because of ecological laws or fire codes. The Patent Pending CrazyCrusher is portable and while gold is the most sought after metal, there are many other valuable ores such as silver to consider as well.

This manual rock crusher  can also be used to crush CPU chips (hard ceramic material that is smooth on one side) to recycle the gold. According to the manufacturer, 6 to 10 chips at a time work the best, keeping in mind that you may need to add new chips as you progress to help the pieces of ceramic move down to the lower grinding part of the jaws. Start with the jaws either full open or full closed. Fully open, you can put more chips in at a time, as they will crush against each other. You do need to start with the handle in the down position, and only raise it up an inch or so from the bottom position. Since the CrazyCrusher is designed to be both a crusher and a grinder, the higher the handle the more "forward and backward" motion you will have. Starting in the down position, then only raising the handle an inch or so will give you more of an "up and down" motion -- exactly what is needed to crush down the CPUs. The initial couple of strokes will flatten out the gold pins to the chip, then it will begin to break the chips. It takes several passes to reduce the chips to a fine enough medium in order to liberate the gold pins.
